Welcome to Foundersmate, a product of BOSC Tech Labs Private Limited. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Foundersmate platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Accessing or using Foundersmate signifies your agreement to abide by these Terms. If you disagree, refrain from using our Services.

Foundersmate is an AI-powered platform that helps founders:

• Plan and validate software product ideas using Foundersmate generated validation kit
• Generate structured outputs such as ICP Reports, Live Landing Page, and Ad Copies
• Get a kit that helps you and your idea to get success

To use Foundersmate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5.1 Pay-Per-Project Model

Foundersmate operates on a pay-per-project basis. Users are required to make a one-time payment to generate and access outputs for each new project created on the platform. Each payment grants access to the selected features, documents, and outputs associated with that specific project.

5.2 Billing & Payments

• Payments are required before generating project outputs
• All payments are securely processed via Stripe
• All fees are displayed clearly before payment confirmation

5.3 No Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
• Once a project is generated or processing has begun, the payment cannot be reversed

5.4 Project-Based Access

• Access to generated outputs is limited to the paid project
• Creating a new project requires a separate payment
• Previously generated projects remain accessible unless otherwise stated

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Misuse AI features to generate harmful or prohibited content
• Resell or exploit the service without permission

Foundersmate uses AI technologies to generate outputs.

Important:

• AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use
• We do not guarantee business, financial, or technical outcomes

You retain full ownership of:

• All data you input into Foundersmate
• All outputs generated through the platform

We do not claim ownership over your content.

All rights to the platform, including software, design, branding, and features, are owned by BOSC Tech Labs Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.

Your use of Foundersmate is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We:

• Do not sell your data
• Process your data only to provide services
• Use secure systems to protect your information

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access, but:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen issues

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

You may terminate your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foundersmate is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

• Loss of business
• Financial losses
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOSC Tech Labs Private Limited from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of AI-generated outputs

We may use third-party services, including:

• OpenAI
• Google Cloud AI
• Claude AI
• Stripe

We are not responsible for third-party service performance or policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements or for other operational reasons. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
